Dorsal Interossei of the Hand

Description

手には、手の甲の中手骨の間の表層にある4つの背側骨間膜があります。 各筋は2つの形状をしており，隣接する中手骨の近位端から該当する指の近位指骨と背側趾拡大部まで伸びています。 挿入部位の位置は、どの指が関与しているかによって異なります。 第1趾と第2趾では筋は外側にあり、第3趾と第4趾では内側から外れています。

手背骨間筋はすべて尺骨神経深枝 (C8.) により供給されています。 T1) .

手背骨間筋は、手背骨間動脈と手掌骨動脈によって供給されています。

機能

手背骨間筋は第2、3、4指を外転する筋であります。

機能的貢献

背側骨間筋は趾の伸展部（extensor hood）に付着しているので、中手指節関節と指節間関節の屈曲と伸展を生み出すために、関節包に加えて補助もするのだそうです。

評価

背側骨間筋は、中手骨間の指の抵抗外転時に、手の甲で触知できます。

第1背側骨間筋は、患者の掌をテーブル上に置き、患者に検者の抵抗に逆らって人差し指を外転してもらうことでテストすることができます。 筋腹は目で見ることも触診することもでき、尺骨神経の検査として信頼性が高い。
